Sado Meijo Co., Ltd. went bankrupt and changed to Tenryohai Sake Brewery Co., Ltd.

Due to the lack of a successor, the business was in danger of going out of business, but the current president took over the management rights.

Thorough quality control
All of our sake is brewed with daiginjo, from ordinary sake to junmai daiginjo.
Sake lees remain after squeezing the sake. The index of how much of the raw material rice remains as sake lees is called the lees ratio, and I think the nationwide average is around 30%.
