Gagakudai (Silver Label) is the first Gagakudai released, and it has the most light flavor in the series.
The flavor of the Gagakudai series
"Beautiful, light, and calm liquor"
I am aiming for
and,
All the Gagakudai series are based on this Gagakudai (silver label) and have different tastes.
- Sweeter is Tamaki → Lower alcohol than Tamaki is Yukishita
- More sweet and sour is the flower light
- Lower alcohol is a good day
Gagakudai may be derived from Gyokukyo, Hanakari, and Biyori in the future, but the sake that can be said to be the origin of the Gagakudai series is Gagakudai.
So, for those who have never tried the Gagakudai series, I would like to recommend Gagakudai first.
From there, sweeter is better, fragrant is better, low alcohol is better, etc... Please try the Gagakudai series that suits you.

Tamabiki is the etymology of the sound of the moment when Magatama and Magatama clash, and it is a Yamato word meaning “a momentary time, a momentary time”.
Gagakudai ~Tamakyo~ is based on the concept of “a drink that will make you spend a moment of fun in an instant,” and has the sweetest volume in the Gagakudai series. It is a sake that aims to create a sake with a plump and sweet taste that makes you feel the momentary impact and sparkle when you put it in your mouth.

Gagaku Period ~ Weather ~
Suggested retail price (excluding tax)

- 720ml ¥1,700
Hiyori is a Yamato word meaning "optimal day". I think that everyone often hears "○○ weather" in the sense that it is the best day to do something.
Gagakudai ~Hiyori~ has the lowest alcohol content in the Gagakudai series, based on the concept of "sake that adds color to the day of sake". It is a sake that aims to be a light and refreshing liquor that you can drink easily.

Gagaku Period ~Under the Snow~
Suggested retail price (excluding tax)
- 1.8L ¥3,300
- 720ml ¥1,700
The name "Yukiwatari" is derived from the seventy-two climates "Yukiwatari Temugi Nobiru", which means "Even in a world covered in snow, under the snow lies a new world for the coming spring." It means that life is growing." This is the first Gagakudai winter limited sake to be released every year, with the meaning of "the first step" for Tenryohai to grow to the next stage, which repeats trial and error every year.
Based on the concept of "reducing the alcohol content of Gyokukyo, leaving a gentle sweetness and making it smoother", it is slimmer than Gagakudai and has a more voluminous taste than Gagakudai. Tanrei. However, it is a sake aiming for a smooth and silky sake quality.

Hana-akari is a Yamato word that means "a scenery where cherry blossoms illuminated by the moon brightly light up the road at night."
As the name suggests, it is a spring limited sake of Gagakudai.
Spring is the season of encounters and partings. A season where all kinds of thoughts are complicated and come and go.
It's sweet and sour season. So I try to make the preparation mix relatively sweet and sour,
Gagakudai ~Hanaakari~ does not have a clear sake quality design. Leave the moromi operation to the flow of nature until half of the moromi has passed. (If it looks like it's going to be outrageous, I'll control it...) So I don't know what kind of alcohol it will be! One rule. The alcohol content of the landing is 15 degrees. I'm making a lot of uncertainties with the spring season.
